Crab Cake Dinner 2010
It's been a running tradition for, well, only God truly knows how long - crab cakes served with other tasty side dishes in the late spring at St. George's, Valley Lee. And the sunny, warm Saturday, May 22, 2010 was no exception. A grand total of 524 dinners were served from our parish hall-turned-restaurant, all of which required a cast of characters of more than 60 faithful Saint Georgians to pull it off. In addition to the busy-ness of the preparations and the hectic pace of the long Saturday, it turns out that the Crab Cake Dinner is also a lot of fun - even though folks might not say that at first!
